WARRANTY: One Year Limited Warranty - All products are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.  Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc.

REPLACEMENT DISCOUNT:  If you experience damage to your calorimeter probe head surface coating you may experience measurement results that are lower than the actual laser power. If shiny metal can be seen through the coating this is a potential Safety concern due to unknown beam reflection and you should discontinue using the probe.

If you would like to replace a damaged probe, Macken Instruments offers our customers a 25% replacement probe discount. Please contact us to request a quote for replacement. Include a copy of the quote when returning your damaged power probe. RMA is not necessary for replacement type of return.

RETURN PROCESS:  Contact us to obtain an RMA number. Pack merchandise carefully to avoid further damage. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the merchandise back to Macken Instruments, Inc., 3196 Coffey Lane Suite 604, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
